Are they easy to assemble?
All windows, doors, roof parts, glass and pvc panels are labelled with their locations and part no's. All roof parts are pre-drilled for easy fitting. A Conservatory and roof installation guide is provided along with a location plan. This makes assembling a complete conservatory a step by step process until complete. Alternatively you can download the installation guides from our members section.

What roof glazing options are available?
There is a wide and varied selection of polycarbonate and glass available for conservatories. 24mm glass units, 25mm or 35mm polycarbonate.
Glass sealed units can be made in a wide range of combinations; Clear, Clear Pilkington "K", Blue, Grey or Bronze anti-sun glass, blue low E energy efficient Activ self cleaning glass, Clear Bio-clean self cleaning glass. All glass can be accommodated in the whole conservatory.
Polycarbonate for the roof comes in an even wider choice of combinations; Clear, Bronze Tint, White Opal, Bronze/Opal combination, Blue/Opal combination, Athermic Opal, Heatguard Opal, Solar Ice. Gold, Silver, Blue or Green solar reflective foil inserts. The combinations are endless!

Can Conservatories be used all year round?
Yes. Consideration must be given to the conservatories location and how the heat will be dispersed during the summer and how the heat will be retained in the winter. Conservatories that are used all year without these considerations could find problems with condensation in the winter and unbearable heat in the summer. Pyramid can supply air conditioning/heater units for both summer and winter use or supply roof vents that can be controlled to work for the conservatory.

Do you supply fixings, silicones etc?
No. All major DIY outlets and local fascia and gutter stockists supply these items in every Town and City across the country. Pyramid is dedicated to the manufacture and supply of windows, doors and conservatories.

Are your windows and doors internally beaded?
Our windows and doors can be made either internally or externally beaded. Our standard specification is Synseal Shield or Synerjy, fully welded, internally beaded to accommodate 28mm glazing.

Do your products meet necessary regulations?
This will depend on what regulations need to be adhered to. All our products are manufactured to Synseal guidelines. Manufactured to the correct specification and glazed with the correct glass requirements Shield ans Synerjy windows will conform to regulations. For specific regulations please contact the sales or technical dept.

Do you manufacture all the products you supply?
No. We manufacture all std windows, doors, patio doors and conservatory roofs at our factory. We supply pre-manufactured vertical sliding sash windows, Arched windows, glass units, pvc door panels and polycarbonate.

Do You Deliver?
Yes. Free of charge to the trade throughout East Anglia. We also deliver outside of East Anglia however this would be a chargeable service based on location.

Do You Install?
No. We are dedicated trade manufacturers.

Do you have a guarantee?
Yes. A full "Ten Year" supply only trade guarantee is available on request, alternatively you can find a copy in our current pricelist.

What is your manufacture to delivery lead time?
Generally seven to ten days from order to delivery.
