| 600m Centres |
 |
We all try to align glazing bars with mullions, yet nobody would ever manufacture window mullions at 500mm centres - can you imagine a pair of one metre wide French doors! But with Global 600 you can align the glazing bars, you can use a pair of 1200mm French doors, and you can align the glazing bars with the mullions. |

| Boxed Roof |
 |
The Global 600 panels are available in both single and double panel packs. Where other systems provide only double pack sizes, with Global 600 you do not have to pay for unnecessary roofing panels, you don't have dispose of unnecessary roofing panels, and you don't have the unnecessary environmental waste of unnecessary roofing panels. |

| A specific lo-height eaves beam |
 |
The attention to detail for the Global 600 system extends to every aspect of the building. A specific lo-height eaves beam, measuring only 83mm, has been included to not only provide a perfect and consistent finish, but also to further reduce the overall finished height of the building.
Inside this simple eaves structure is clipped a specific Global 600 cladding, and outside boasts the same sculptured guttering system seen on the Global Conservatory Roof system.
The ends of this eaves beam are then simply finished with an eaves end cap, leaving no holes left to fill; a phenomena seen so often on systems that fasten onto window bay post, or even straight onto the head of the window frame. |

| Glazing bars that fit from the inside |
 |
Internal fixing is something that Synseal conservatory installers have enjoyed now for many years. Our other conservatory systems have proven time after time that the installer does not want to have to climb on top of half built conservatories, trying to fit small and fiddly nuts into holes drilled through drainage channels.
Global 600 shares this significant and 'bed-rock' principle. Each glazing member is simply dropped into position and then, with a single M8 13mm nut at each end, is locked from inside the building.
These structural aluminium sections are then cloaked with sculptured PVCu cappings, incorporating a concealed gasket seal.

| 35mm Polycarbonate glazing material |
 |
Global 600 can achieve pitches as low as 2.5° by using 35mm polycarbonate sheeting. This new five chambered, extra strong, and consistent glazing panel removes old issues of 'colour variances', and having to match up roofing panels by batch number - not too dissimilar to what you would expect to do with wallpaper!
Now, with Global 600, you can finally install woodgrain lo-pitch conservatories with bronze panels - not blue! Bronze panels provide the expected finish for a woodgrain conservatory, and even Bronze on Opal for woodgrain on white buildings.
At the end of the glazing panel is a specially extruded deep drip end closure. Due to the low pitch nature of Global 600 the end closure features a deep drip design, this makes sure that the capillary action stops the water from tracking back up the sheet.
This end closure has been designed and produced exclusively for the Global 600 roof, it is for that reason that the top edge mirrors the sculptured shape of the glazing bar.

| A traditional finish starter bar |
 |
For years conservatory system suppliers have seen lo-pitch roofs as 'budget', or as 'lean-too's', consequently many of the details have been looked over. Synseal see the Global 600 lean too as the contemporary style of conservatory, the way to create that extra space and light both simply and stylishly. That is why Global 600 covers all the details.
Traditional timber conservatory installers have long complained about the way in which glazing panels just 'disappear' over the top of the, invariably 70mm, side frames. Global 600 sees the introduction of a much wider traditional starter bar …… this guarantees a consistent finish to the inside by retaining the site line of 50% of a normal glazing bar to the inside of the side wall.
The aesthetic benefits created by this innovation do not end there. By moving the glazing centre of the starter bar, a Global 600 conservatory can be glazed with complete 600mm panels, without site trimming, and keeping 600mm frame centres in line with the roof bars. The end frames are not manufactured at smaller widths to allow for corner posts, in fact the frames could even be 'mix and match' - ideal for the keen DIY enthusiast!

| A specific wall plate |
 |
A custom designed wallplate for the Global 600 roof is a further indication of the commitment made to this new contemporary system.
The wallplate is offered up to the wall, and fastened along the pre-marked line. For added strength, the fixing then passes through a channel on the house side of the wallplate, and securely into the brickwork.
The glazing panels fit directly into the PVCu rain excluder, a component which like the Global Conservatory Roof system, benefits from a triple gasket seal into the aluminium section.

| |
| Real woodgrain |
 |
A woodgrain Global 600 conservatory is just that, woodgrain not brown. Not only are the Global 600 cappings woodgrain foiled, but they are foiled onto an aluminium base, preventing the risk of heat build up and warped cappings that need to be replaced after hot summers.
As far as the installation company is concerned, these buildings can truly be fitted and forgotten!
